By using this www.tastemycreme.com, you (Independent Creator, Business Agencies and or Users) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of use. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions or usage of the site at any moment without needing to notify the users.

 

1.    Definition

 

1.1.                Website means Taste My Creme Limited also referred to as we, us, or our.

1.2.                Creator means an Independent Person (Female or Male or Other) and Business Agencies also referred you, yours.

1.3.                User means a person who use one or more Services offered on the Website also refereed you.

 

2.    Age Restriction

 

2.1.                By registering for an Account and or submitting an Order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and that you accept full responsibility for your actions. You confirm that you are not offended by materials of sexually explicit, nude and or erotic nature.  If you are acting on behalf of a company or other business, you further warrant that you personally have the authority to bind that company or business on whose behalf you are placing an order or uploading content.

 

3.    Restrictions on Use:

Content that has been issued with takedown notices will be removed from the website if the rights are not owned by the User who has uploaded such content. 4.    Rates and Prices

 

4.1.                All the rates found in our website are provided directly by the relevant Creator or User.

4.2.                Taste My Creme Ltd will not compensate anyone in the event that any fluctuations or devaluations occur regarding the currency exchange on our platform, whether you use crypto or any other.

 

5.    Creator Provider Content
In these Terms & Conditions, Creator Provider ‘Content’ means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

 

5.1.                You, or your licensor, retain all intellectual property rights in your Content, and you grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use, store and maintain your Content on our servers and publish your Content on the Internet for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You warrant that the authority to grant the licence in this clause 5.1 to us. We may make such copies as may be necessary to perform our obligations, including making back-up copies of your Content.

5.1.4. WARNING any person, accessing the Taste My Creme Ltd may download and print any displayed information on your personal advertisement. We are therefore not responsible for the use or disclosure by others of your information advertised held on the Taste My Crème Ltd website.

5.1.5. You acknowledge and agree, we shall not be held responsible in any way for the outcome of any contact or meeting, whether in person, by telephone or any other means, resulting from content placed or responded to through www.tastemycreme.com or through any use, directly or indirectly, of Taste My Creme Ltd.

 

5.1.6. Users are prohibited from arranging to sell content and services outside of the platform that has been discussed on www.tastemycreme.com

 

5.1.7. All users on this platform are strongly advised to keep communication within www.tastemycreme.com

 

5.1.8. Attempting to bypass administration fees by way or deception or otherwise is prohibited. Admin reserves the right to further decide whether it is intentional or not and a decision will be made on a user’s account.

 

5.1.8.1.    If at any point a user misuses the platform it will result in the profile being immediately terminated without any prior notice.

 

6.    Creator Provider Obligations
In order to use www.tastemycreme.com, the Creator Provider agrees to:

 

6.1.1. Provide accurate and complete information as required on the registration form.

 

6.1.2. Promptly update the data in order to maintain its accuracy and completeness. If you provide any information that is found to be inaccurate, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any and all current or future use of our service.

 

6.1.3. Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Account username and password and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under that account. You shall notify Taste My Creme Ltd immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Taste My Creme Ltd WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section

6.1.4. Payment for Profile Listing: If you choose monthly payment, you will pay the Profile Listing Fee for the first month of provision of the Services to you in advance at the time that you submit your Order. The total cost of your order of the Services will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order for the Services. You are able to pay the Fees via PayPal website only. We shall not be bound to supply any Services to you until we have received the necessary cleared funds in full. Taste My Creme Ltd reserves the right to use the currency of its choice for transactions and it may change it at any given time. It is advised that banking and transfer fees may be charged by the bank. These fees will be passed on to the website user and not www.tastemycreme.com. Taste My Creme Ltd reserves the right to dictate how regularly payments can be made and what the minimum transaction may be.

 

6.1.5. Failure to Pay: We may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement if you fail to pay charges when due. If you fail to pay for next month when due reconnection fee of £35 may apply. If no payment is received within 24 hours your account will be terminated. Such termination or denial will not relieve you of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees. We shall be entitled to charge interest in respect of late payment of any sum due under this Agreement, which shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 12 % per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time in force.

 

6.1.6. Refund: In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we will offer a no quibble refund up to 7 working days after your created account. The Site does not offer any refunds for the early cancellation.

7.    Privacy Policy
The registered personal data and additional information are subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is also your consent to the information practices in our Privacy Policy.

 

8.    Cookies

This Agreement will become effective on the date the Service is ordered and shall continue until terminated by either party in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement. Each party can terminate this agreement by sending other party e-mail with at least 30 days prior cancellations notice.

 

11. Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
If you breach these Terms & Conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your Internet Service Provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time and for any reason.

 

12. Dispute with any user of the Site
You agree that our service is a venue for posters and users of the Site. In the event that you have a dispute with any user of the Site, you agree that the Site is under no obligation to become involved. 14. Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set out in these Terms & Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your paid Profile listing Fee as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events). 

 

14.1.            However, and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, shall be liable for:

 

14.1.1.   Any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim.

 

14.1.2.   Any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation as made available on our website.

 

14.1.3.   Any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website.

 

14.1.4.   The services rendered or the products offered by the Creator Provider.

 

14.1.5.   For any personal injury, death, property damage, or other direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to legal acts, errors, breaches, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or wholly or partly attributable to the accommodation including any partial cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

 

14.1.6.   You acknowledge and agree, we shall not be held responsible in any way for the outcome of any contact or meeting, whether in person, by contact form, telephone or any other means, resulting from Profile Listing or responded to through Taste My Creme Ltd or through any use, directly or indirectly, of Taste My Creme Ltd.

 

15. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, use of this Site and its Content is at your sole risk. Services and Products made available on this Site are subject to conditions imposed by www.tastemycreme.com. Creator Providers who furnish services or products through this Site are not agents or employees of Taste My Creme Ltd.

15.2.  If, despite the limitation above, Taste My Creme Ltd is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then Taste My Creme Ltd liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of GB £50.00.

These General Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree that the United Kingdom Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or arising here from.
